Perfect location for our first time in Nice. Very close to everything. The staff were very helpful especially the receptionist from Finland, she was great!

Take time to sit on the Promenade and soak up the sunshine, we went in February and it was great! Can't eat everything in one trip!! Make sure you get to old town as it is lovely with great small shops.Walk up to the top of the castle to see the park and the view.

Had a wonderful time in Nice. Weather was very good, however the Hotel made the holiday. Very good location - very central and the staff were very friendly, helpful and polite.

Best restaurant - The Barracuda. Coastal bus ideal for visiting other resorts on the coast at 1.30 euros per journey (very cost effective).

Pleasant small hotel just behind the front, perfect location in a quiet street.
Friendly staff, plain but adequate breakfast, reasonable sized rooms.

Can`t go wrong, come out of the hotel, turn left or right, and you are in the centre of things. We took the local bus to Monte Carlo, very cheap fare, and a good way to see the coastline.

My husband and I are just back from a 4 day break in Nice. I would definately recommend this hotel to others. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The cleaniness of the hotel was first class! Clean towels and beds made daily. No sea views from the hotel but then again its just a 2 min walk to the promenade/beach. All in all Nice was nice!

I recommend good walking shoes - we walked miles everyday. The only disappointing part of the holiday was the weather - we didnt get wall to wall sunshine! Really recommend Monaco for a day trip (20 min train journey from Nice). The train station is a 10 min walk from the hotel - the train takes you along the coast so enjoy the scenery its lovely! We also went to Cannes but it rained all day so we didnt get to enjoy the lovely sandy beaches. We took the train to Italy but unless you enjoy market stalls I wouldnt really recommend this trip (a 45 min train journey).
Eating out: spoilt for choice - there are a good range of restaurants.
